Getting Started

Prior to the birth of your child, or anytime thereafter.  We visit your home bring you a diaper pail and 2 weeks worth of clean fresh diapers in the size we have determined best.  You will also receive your diaper pail and any other products you have decided to purchase through diapeRevolution.  After the birth of your child please notify us and we will begin our service the following week, picking up your soiled diapers.  We ask that you write the number of diapers that you have remaining at your home on the service ticket attached to your bag.  This will assure that we return the same number of diapers that have been used the following week.

Weekly Service

We profide you with enough cloth diapers to last for one week.  On your scheduled delivery day we stop by at a predetermined time and pick up the dirty diapers and leave you with fresh clean diapers.  You are not required to rinse diapers.  Diapers are returned to us in the bag provided that is placed into your rented diaper bin.

Bi-Weekly Service

You will receive the same number of diapers weekly but we will pick up the diapers and wash them two times per week.  Our bi-weekly service days are Mondays and Thursdays, Tuesdays and Fridays, or Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Billing

You will be billed monthly in advance of the service month via email.  Your first months service is due at the time of delivery of your diapers.  Billing will be sent on the 20th of each month and due on or before the first.  We accept cash, checks, or paypal.  Credit cards processing will be available soon.

Holidays

Your service may be scheduled to another day due to a national holiday.  You will be notified in advance of the alternate delivery/pick up date.

Vacation

Please notify us in advance if you are not able to be present for pick up/delivery.  We are happy to provide additional diapers for your trip to accomodate the missed delivery.  Please let us know how we can help.
